By accessing or using this website ("Site"), operated by GetKarr ("GetKarr," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Site.
What GetKarr is — and isn't
GetKarr is not a lender, broker, or credit provider. GetKarr operates a marketing and lead-matching platform that connects consumers with third-party dealership partners and, where applicable, third-party lenders ("Partners") who may be able to assist with vehicle financing. GetKarr does not make credit decisions, does not guarantee approval, and does not set or control the rates, terms, or conditions offered by any Partner.
Authorization to share your information
By submitting an application or inquiry through this Site, you certify that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you authorize GetKarr to: share your Personal Information with one or more dealership and/or lending Partners for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry and presenting you with financing or vehicle options; obtain and share credit-related information from consumer reporting agencies or other sources as reasonably necessary to facilitate matching you with a Partner (a soft inquiry unless you separately authorize a specific Partner to run a hard inquiry); contact you, and permit our Partners to contact you, by phone (including automated calls and text messages), email, or other electronic means regarding your inquiry; and provide you with status updates regarding your inquiry, including whether a Partner is able to offer financing, the general terms of any offer, and whether your inquiry was declined.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing info@getkarr.com or using the unsubscribe/opt-out instructions included in our electronic communications. Withdrawing consent will not affect matches or communications that have already occurred, and will not retroactively affect Partners who have already received your information prior to withdrawal.
Consent to electronic communications (E-SIGN / TCPA)
By providing your phone number and/or email address, you expressly consent to receive calls, autodialed or prerecorded calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from GetKarr and its Partners at the number(s) and address(es) provided, including for marketing purposes, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
No guarantee of approval or outcome
Submitting an inquiry through GetKarr does not guarantee that you will be approved for financing, matched with a dealership, or offered any specific rate or term. All financing decisions are made solely by the Partner extending the offer, subject to that Partner's own underwriting criteria.
Prohibited use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through scraping, reverse engineering, or automated data collection.
Third-party links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Partner sites. GetKarr does not review, control, or endorse the content of any linked site and is not responsible for its content, policies, or practices. Use of any linked site is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetKarr disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information presented, including financing estimates generated by any calculator tool on this Site, which are illustrative only and not a financing offer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and, to the extent not preempted by federal law, the laws of the state in which you reside, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to any additional consumer protections mandated by the laws of that state.
Changes to these terms
GetKarr may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
