How Trade-In Value Is Estimated
Your estimate starts from a typical new-vehicle value and decreases with the vehicle's age, then adjusts for how your mileage compares to the Canadian average (~15,000 km/year) and the overall condition. Lower-than-average mileage and excellent condition push the value toward the higher end of the range; higher mileage and poorer condition push it down.
